Arts for Hearts volunteers offer free creative art classes at the City of Clarksville Parks and Recreation After School Program at Burt Cobb Community Center on the 3rd Thursday of each month. Volunteers facilitate art class with youth 1st grade -12th grade. Most students are Middle School/High School. Volunteers must be 18 years of age. The classes are held in September-October-November- February, March & April.
